College Career
The TeraU program is excellent preparation for more advanced technological and/or business studies in a two-year or four-year college or university. And their extensive skillset right out of high school enables TeraU graduates to realistically consider, and get accepted by, more prestigious and/or advanced institutions than would otherwise be possible for them. It also enables them to qualify for scholarships (and/or other sources of funding) that they would probably not qualify for without TeraU, funding that may be needed to attend expensive institutions that they might otherwise never consider.
TeraU also gives students the practical knowledge and abilities required to successfully seek funding for higher education, and a significant head start (over typical high school students) on the practical knowledge and abilities needed in order to succeed in college. And undergraduate success leads naturally to graduate school and/or a successful career.
As an example of the enormous difference that TeraU can make in a student's higher education prospects, consider only the technological capabilities of a typical TeraU graduate (listed below), which are far in advance of the skills of a typical college freshman computer science major. This gives the TeraU graduate a tremendous advantage, both in getting into college, and in succeeding once there. (And we are not even considering the myriad business skills of the TeraU graduate, which are just as extensive and probably just as important for getting into and succeeding in college.)
